Brand-new and nicely furnished hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Location near to Oroville, restaurants and conveniences. Lots of food options at walking distance from the venue.

NOTHING!
EVERYTHING! I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort or even remotely close but - you can tell the owners of this property don't care! Everything is old, broke down and dirty nasty and disgusting and stinky!! Not to mention the fire hazard room we stayed in - the tv cord was plugged into an extension cord that is under the carpet baseboard! All I can say is nasty!!

Air conditioner Place to wash clothes
STAFF/INCENSE BURNING IN LOBBY - made hard to breath. Not enough shampoo. I have long hair. Swimming pool was FILTHY. No coffee creamer. Breakfast choices minimal. Bed made so the covers don't come over shoulders

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room, a King Room Non-Smoking, was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the availability of complimentary wired Internet access in the business center, which allowed me to conduct my meetings without interruption.

The pool was not open! It's over 100 degrees & the pool was closed down! The pool co. Said that the hotel used the acid/chlorine/chemicals wrong & therefore, the pool was closed so they could get the levels down

Bed was OK. Location.
Room not cleaned, only 1 bed made, trash not taken out, no towels left. Room 90 degrees when we checked in, hot until 1am. Ice machine not working on floor. Breakfast a joke. Pool 1/2 full with garden hose on 100 degree day. no chlorine with kids swimming and baby in pool.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, negatively impacting my kids' asthma. Breakfast hours were misleading, with closure at 9 instead of the stated 10, frustrating despite the delicious homemade waffles. The staff was really good, always helpful. Despite reserving a pet-friendly room well ahead, the accommodations weren't pet-friendly, disappointing.

3 people stayed in room and only towels for only 2.
